EMAIL OR OTHER ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION INDEMNITY

You hereby consent to the use of electronic communication (which includes communication by email or telephone or facsimile). By this consent, you unequivocally agree that instructions transmitted by electronic communication be binding for all purposes, including for purposes of evidence. You irrevocably undertake and warrant that you shall not make any demand or claim, or institute any action against Futureview should you suffer any loss or liability as a result of your consent to the use of electronic communication. You agree to indemnify and hold Futureview harmless against all claims, demands, actions and proceedings which may be made or instituted against Futureview; and all liabilities, losses, damages which may be suffered by Futureviewin connection with, or arising as a result of your consent to electronic communication or Futureview's reliance on electronic communication issued from your email account or other electronic communication account indicated herein or subsequently communicated to Futureview by you or your nominated investment adviser or any other person you authorize to manage your account. You acknowledge that there are certain risks associated with conveying instructions via electronic means, including, but not limited to the risk of delay, non- receipt (due to technical malfunction, disruption, connectivity issues, etc. of your system or Futureview's system or any other reason), third party interception/interference, data corruption, etc., and hereby fully waive, discharge and indemnify Futureview in respect of any loss or damages resulting or damages resulting from any of the risks identified above/from the use of electronic communication with respect to your account.

MONEY LAUNDERING ACT

To help the Federal Government of Nigeria fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, the Money Laundering (Prohibition) Act 2013 requires all financial and non-financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. In this regard, when you open an account with us at Futureview Securities Limited, we will ask for your name, address, means of identification, occupation and other informations that will enable us to identify you and verify your identity on an on-going basis.

Furthermore, in compliance with the money laundering (prohibition) act 2013, any single transaction, lodgement or transfer of funds in excess of NGN5,000,000.00 or its equivalent in the case of an individual or NGN10,000,000.00 or its equivalent in the case of a corporate body shall be reported in writing within 7days to the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit NFIU and the securities and exchange commission (as applicable).

Access to and use of this website and portal is at the users or client's own risk. Futureview does not represent or warrant that the use of this site or any material downloaded from it will not cause damage to property, including but not limited to loss of data or computer virus infection.

No third party is permitted to link any other website to this site without obtaining prior written consent from Futureview.

Futureview shall not be responsible for any loss, omission or damage that may arise due to TI or network downtime. The responsibility for the security of clients' password shall solely be that of the client at all times.

Futureview would not be responsible for theft or divulgence of password leading to any liability on the clients' account.

Futureview wil make al reasonable attempts to ensure that the online portal system is fully operational at all times. However, Futureview makes no guarantees that its fully automated systems will correctly carry out all the functions they were set upt o carry out.

Futureview wil use every reasonable endeavor to ensure the integrity and security of the server, however, Futureview does not guarantee that the server will be free from unauthorized users or hackers. Futureview shall not be liable for non-receipt or misrouting of email or for any other failure of clients' email.

The client hereby indemnifies Futureview against any loss, omission or damage that may incur when Futureview executes any mandate, instructions, or other communications furnished by client through any means including electronic media or on its website and online portal. This indemnity subsists whether such electronic mandate are transmitted directly to a computer owned by client or otherwise, at any time, and in relation to any business or transactions, which client may have with Futureview or in which Futureview may be acting on client's behalf or ni accordance with client's instructions.
